WARRANTY & RETURNS

The warranty period for all products starts on the date of purchase by the consumer. The purchase must be from either Aquatic AV directly, or an authorized distributor or dealer. Aquatic AV also provides a limited extended warranty of ninety (90) days in addition to the standard warranty period if the consumer registers the product within ninety (90) days of the purchase date.
All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of original sales receipt specifying the place and date of purchase. That place must either be from Aquatic AV directly or an authorized distributor or dealer for the warranty to be valid. Inability to produce the original sales receipt during any warranty claims may result in loss of the warranty.
Return/Returns Materials Authorization Policy
All sales are final; no merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization. Returns will be accepted only after a Return Materials Authorization number is given by Aquatic AV. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
